Norman Crow is the past president of D.T. Freight, LLC a business he originally founded in 2004. He served as chairman of the Tuscaloosa County Industrial Development Authority and is a past member of their Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Business Council of Alabama. Norman was appointed by Governor Bentley to serve on the Alabama Workforce Council in 2014, and by Governor Kay Ivey to the Alabama Commission on Higher Education in 2017 and served on both until December 2022. Norman became a licensed real estate agent with Hamner Realty in 2025. A native of Tuscaloosa, Norman holds a degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Keeshan, are the proud parents of Norman III, Madeleine and Meredith. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Tuscaloosa. Norman was elected to the Tuscaloosa City Council to represent District Three in March 2021 and reelected unopposed in March 2025. He currently serves in the Alabama House of Representatives as a Republican representing House District 63.
